Quick start
- Install Chargeback Copilot and open it from your admin apps menu.
- Review the dispute workspace and refresh to load current disputes.
- Open a dispute and generate its evidence pack PDF.
- Review checklist items and attach any additional store-specific files.
- Submit the final evidence in admin before the deadline shown.
Demo mode for evaluation
- Create a sample dispute in the demo section.
- Download the demo PDF to review evidence structure and workflow output.
- Use the demo details panel to understand which signals are included.
Troubleshooting
- If live sync is unavailable, refresh again or use demo mode while setup is verified.
- Check that app install and billing approval completed successfully for your store.
