What does Chargeback Copilot do?

It helps merchants prepare dispute evidence packs by gathering relevant order and dispute context into a checklist and downloadable PDF summary.

How should I evaluate a newer app with few reviews?

Start without paying: build a browser checklist, preview the sample evidence pack, or install and use demo mode before touching live disputes. If the output fits your dispute workflow, use live Shopify Payments dispute data when a real case needs a cleaner evidence pack.

Does the app submit evidence automatically?

No. Merchants review the pack and submit final evidence in their admin dispute flow before the deadline.

Do I need a specific payments setup?

Live dispute sync depends on the platform's supported dispute data for your store setup. If live sync is unavailable, demo workflow can still be used for evaluation.

How are limits enforced?

Each plan includes a monthly number of generated evidence packs. Usage is tracked per shop per billing cycle.

How do I request data deletion?

Uninstall and redaction events trigger deletion workflows. You can also email support@chargebackcopilot.app for privacy requests.
