By installing Chargeback Copilot, you agree to these terms.

Service description

The app generates dispute evidence packs and PDF exports using Shopify data. Evidence submission to card networks is done manually through Shopify admin.

Billing

Subscription billing is processed by Shopify. Pricing and trial terms are presented in Shopify billing approval screens.

No guarantee of dispute outcomes

Chargeback outcomes are determined by issuers and card networks. The app does not guarantee dispute wins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful activities and to comply with Shopify platform terms.

Liability limit

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the prior three months.
