- No surprise paid start: the free plan includes 3 evidence PDFs per month, and paid plans use Shopify-managed approval screens.
- Data access is purpose-bound: dispute, order, fulfillment, customer, and Shopify Payments context is used to build checklists and evidence packs for merchant review.
